Portobello di Gallura - ample, independent villa just 250mt from Lu Culumbu Beach.
This villa, surrounded by a private garden, offers an excellent sea view, several open sky relax areas and the possibility to create a huge infinity pool. Great privacy, nicely designed external spaces, perfect for a large family holidays and long stays, even in low season.
Built in traditional "Portobello" architecture, with ample sliding doors and windows, the inner spaces of the villa are divided in three areas:
Double living zone, with fireplace, dinner table and independent kitchen. From here, we can access to a nice sea view terrace in the front, and a huge patio in the rear.
The first night zone, with one big double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; a large twin bedroom with studio area, a smaller twin bedroom, both served by one ample batrhoom with bath.
The second night wing, composed by a small studio and the main master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
There are also a useful storage area near the kitchen, with independent access from the outside, and an ample cellar in the underground level, fully compliant on cadester documentation, with the possibility to create a small SPA/sport area.
